What we built, what it's for, and how it has to connect to OnlyFans

This site is the management agency for adult creators. The creator makes the content. We run everything around it. This page explains that in plain terms, then explains the one piece that is not solved yet: how our system talks to OnlyFans.

In one sentence

Think of it as the office behind her page. She is the talent. We are the admin, the pricing team, the marketer, the bookkeeper and the paperwork — and this site is where all of that happens.

Who it's for

Adult creators

Women earning on OnlyFans who want the business side handled.

What we sell

Management

Not a marketplace, not a fan site. A back office, sold as a service.

What we charge

15%

Of net volume on new uploads and new customers. No retainer, no lock-in.

The hard part

The bridge

OnlyFans has no public API, so the connection has to be built carefully.

1. What it is for

The problem she has

A creator can make content. What she cannot easily do is price it, write the captions, post consistently, answer every message, keep records, find new fans, invoice herself, and stay legally tidy. Most creators lose money not because their content is bad, but because nobody is running the business around it.

What this site does about it

It gives each creator one place where her work is catalogued, priced, queued for posting, and turned into a monthly statement and an invoice. Plus the things that grow her: audience swaps with other creators, a referral programme, and optional marketing. She sees her numbers and her boundaries in one dashboard. We see all of them across every creator in the admin side.

Why it is built as a service, not an app store

Software alone does not fix this. A pricing decision, a boundaries conversation, a posting schedule and a chase-up when someone goes quiet are human work. The site exists so that human work is repeatable, recorded, and cheap to deliver at scale — which is what makes a 15% fee workable for her and profitable for us.

2. Who does what

The creator

Makes the content. Sets her own hard limits. Signs the agreement. Uploads. Approves nothing she does not want posted.

Her page run for her, a clear monthly statement, and the majority of the money.

Us (the agency)

Catalogues and prices her work, writes the copy, runs the posting, handles fans and DMs, markets her, keeps the records, invoices her, pays out.

15% of net volume, plus optional marketing packages she chooses to buy.

The admin side of this site

Holds the pipeline: applications, catalogues, earnings, invoices, referrals, outreach and payouts.

One place to see which creators are worth the fee and what money is owed in each direction.

3. How a creator moves through it

Eight steps, from first survey to her first monthly statement.

1

She applies

An online application plus a boundaries survey — what she will sell, what she will never sell, her minimum price.

2

She tells us her voice

A short persona survey so her captions and chat sound like her, not like an agency.

3

She signs

Management agreement with her legal name, address, typed signature, confirmed by a one-time code on her email. Date, device and IP are recorded.

4

She uploads

From her phone, into a private vault. Files are never public. We write the caption, the ready-to-post text and a suggested price.

5

We price and queue it

Our pricing team approves the price. The piece moves into the posting queue with its copy ready.

6

It goes live

The post is published on her OnlyFans page. This is the step that still needs a proper connection back to OnlyFans — see below.

7

She gets a statement

Gross, OnlyFans' cut, our 15%, and exactly what she keeps. She reads it, accepts the wording, and pays by card.

8

She grows

Audience swaps with other creators, referral credit plus a monthly commission, and optional marketing she can choose to buy.

The one thing to understand before anything else

OnlyFans does not offer a public API. There is no approved way for an outside system to log in and post content or pull her earnings automatically. That single fact decides how the rest of this has to be built, and it is why the honest answer to "we run her page for her" involves either her cooperation or a workaround with real risk.

  • Every number and every post on OnlyFans lives inside OnlyFans, on her account.
  • There is no official partner integration we can plug into for posting or revenue.
  • Agencies in this industry work either through the creator's own cooperation (she posts, she exports) or through unapproved automation against her login.
  • Anything we build must be able to prove what it did. "We posted it" without evidence is a promise we cannot defend.

4. Three ways to connect to OnlyFans

The same job can be done three ways. They are not equally safe, and the difference is not technical — it is whether a creator can lose her account.

Option A — She is the bridge

Low risk

The site does everything except touch OnlyFans. Our team prepares the post, the copy and the price, and the creator (or a manager logged in as her, with her consent) posts it. Her monthly statement is downloaded from OnlyFans and uploaded here, and the system reads it.

What it gets us

  • + Nothing breaks OnlyFans' rules, so no account risk.
  • + Buildable within weeks, using what already exists.
  • + She stays in control, which is also the honest way to sell it.

What it costs us

  • − One manual act per post, so posting costs human minutes.
  • − Numbers arrive monthly, not live.

Our call: Where we start. This is the only version we can ship without taking a risk on someone's business.

Option B — Read her statement automatically

Medium risk

She uploads the CSV or PDF OnlyFans gives her each month, and our system reads revenue, fans, tips and subscriptions out of it instead of an admin typing figures in. Same for content stats if the export includes them.

What it gets us

  • + Removes the biggest source of error and the biggest admin cost.
  • + Every statement, invoice, commission and tier becomes accurate by default.
  • + Still no rules being broken — it is her own data, exported by her.

What it costs us

  • − Depends on the export format staying the same.
  • − Still monthly, not real time.

Our call: The highest-value engineering job on the list. It turns the whole money side from manual to automatic.

Option C — Automate against her page

High risk

A robot logs into her OnlyFans account and posts, messages and pulls data without a human. It is technically possible and it is what some agencies quietly do.

What it gets us

  • + Posts could happen without any human involvement.
  • + Live numbers instead of monthly ones.

What it costs us

  • − It breaches OnlyFans' terms, so her page can be flagged, restricted or banned.
  • − A ban destroys the creator's income and our business with it, and no contract survives that.
  • − Logins break constantly, so it needs permanent maintenance.
  • − It would be very hard to sell honestly to a creator or to investors.

Our call: Not our primary path. If a client ever demands full automation, it has to be their explicit written choice, on their own account, with the risk spelled out.

5. What has to be built

Four pieces. Each one is described first in plain terms, then as the work itself.

01

Reading her numbers

Right now somebody types her monthly revenue into our system. We need the system to read the export OnlyFans gives her instead.

  • Statement upload on her side: she picks the file, the system reads it.
  • One monthly job that calculates everyone's statement, commission and invoice at once.
  • A check that flags when a month is missing or looks wrong, before an invoice goes out.
02

Getting content live

We prepare the post perfectly, but a person still has to paste it into OnlyFans. We need that step to be tracked and provable.

  • A posting queue with due times, per creator, per platform.
  • Proof of posting stored against the item: the link, or a screenshot with a timestamp.
  • Bulk upload so a whole folder of content becomes catalogue items in one go.
  • A written decision on whether we ever automate this, and the risk note that goes with it.
03

Money in and out

We can describe our prices and take a card payment for an invoice. We cannot yet take payments for packages and credits, and we cannot yet pay a creator out.

  • Finish payment account activation and set up the prices we sell.
  • Payment confirmed by the provider itself, not by her browser coming back to our page.
  • Payout accounts for creators, tax forms, and a payout schedule.
  • Reconciliation: what came in, what is owed to us, what is owed to her.
04

Trust rules

Our swaps and referral commissions are paid on trust today. Paid on trust becomes paid on lies at scale.

  • Swap delivery proof, automatic refund of held credits, and a dispute path.
  • Referral checks: no self-referrals, no duplicate households, commission stops or reverses when a friend leaves or charges back.
  • Moderation of uploads with a real review queue and records kept for compliance.
  • Outreach consent records and our own sending domain, so we can email a prospect who is not yet a user.

6. The four decisions we need from you

Do we post manually, or automate?

This is the single riskiest decision in the business. Manual is slow but safe. Automation is fast but can get a creator banned.

We recommend: Manual with proof, for at least the first year. Revisit only with legal sign-off and a creator's written consent.

Where do her revenue numbers come from?

Every fee, invoice and commission is calculated from them. Typed numbers mean disputes we cannot win.

We recommend: Her own OnlyFans export, uploaded monthly. Admin typing stays as a fallback for edge cases only.

Do we hold creator money, or just our fee?

Holding other people's money means licensing, tax reporting and a payout operation. Charging our fee only is a much smaller business to run.

We recommend: Start fee-only: OnlyFans pays her directly, we invoice our 15%. Add payouts later and deliberately.

What are we selling as 'we post for you'?

If we cannot prove a post happened, we cannot charge for it or defend it in a complaint.

We recommend: Sell the outcome with evidence: a queue, deadlines, and proof stored per post.

7. If a word is unclear

API

A way for two computer systems to talk to each other directly, without a person clicking.

OnlyFans

The platform where her fans pay her. She has her own account and page there. We do not own it and cannot change it.

Net volume

What fans paid, after OnlyFans takes its cut. Our 15% is charged on that number, not on the gross.

Statement

The monthly summary she reads: what came in, what each party keeps, and what she owes us.

Reconciliation

The boring but critical step of checking that the money that moved matches the money we say moved.

CSV export

A simple file of rows and columns that OnlyFans can give her, which our system can read automatically.

Automation

A robot doing the clicking on her page. Fast, and against the platform's rules.
