This sets out what is and is not permitted on InABadWay and forms part of your agreement with us. Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
Do NOT Use InABadWay In Any Manner That Features or Facilitates:
1. Anyone Under the Age of 18
Any content involving individuals under 18 years of age
Any content that appears to depict minors
Computer-generated or "deepfake" images depicting minors
Content soliciting material from minors
Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
2. Illegal Activity
Including actual, claimed, or role-played:
Exploitation, coercion, or trafficking of any person
Exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under 18
Violent or harmful content
Any content that promotes illegal activity
3. Inappropriate or Offensive Content
Content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates community standards
Inappropriate behavior or advances toward other users
Misuse of the platform for non-charitable purposes
Content that misrepresents the charitable nature of the platform
InABadWay is a charitable support platform for women recovering from trauma—NOT a dating or social networking site.
4. Non-Consensual Content
Images or content shared without consent
Fake or manipulated content
Content obtained through unauthorized access
5. Abuse or Harassment
Stalking, doxxing, or sharing personal information without consent
Bullying, defamation, or targeted abuse
Threats of violence or harm
Hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or disease
6. Harmful Content
Content glorifying or depicting violence
Content encouraging dangerous behavior
Threatening or intimidating content
7. Inaccurate Information & Fraud
Impersonating another person or entity
Misleading profile information or fake photos
Phishing, scamming, or soliciting financial information
Chargeback fraud or payment fraud
Catfishing or deceptive practices
8. Prohibited Cyber Activity
Spamming or unsolicited bulk messages
Scraping, downloading, or gathering data from the Platform
Automated bots or unauthorized data collection
Circumventing age verification or security measures
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
Attempting to hack or disrupt Platform services
Linking to external sites that violate our Terms
9. Prohibited Commercial Activity
Selling products or services not offered by InABadWay
Soliciting users for off-platform commercial purposes
Unauthorized media or press use
Collecting leads for external business activities
Infringing intellectual property rights
10. Platform Misuse
Using InABadWay for purposes other than charitable support and recovery assistance. This is a 501(c)(3) charity platform focused exclusively on helping women in crisis.
What IS Permitted on InABadWay
Acceptable Uses
Story Sharing: Women may share their recovery story and current needs with potential donors
Support Messaging: Communicating with donors for updates on how donations are helping
Monthly Donations: Setting up recurring monthly donations to help women with ongoing expenses
One-Time Donations: Making direct financial contributions for specific needs (rent, bills, therapy, childcare)
Profile Creation: Creating honest profiles sharing recovery journey and specific assistance needs
Verification Interviews: Brief video interviews to verify authenticity and hear their story firsthand
Progress Updates: Donors can request updates on how their support is helping with recovery
Content Guidelines
Profile Photos & Videos Must Be:
Appropriate for all audiences (no nudity or explicit content)
Accurate representations of yourself
Not containing other people without their consent
Not featuring copyrighted material without authorization
All Members Must:
Be at least 18 years old and complete age verification
Provide accurate profile information
Behave respectfully toward other Members
Use the Platform for its intended charitable support purpose
Enforcement
Content Review: We reserve the right to review all content and may use automated systems and human moderators to ensure compliance.
Serious Violations May Result In:
Immediate account termination without warning
Forfeiture of all pending earnings
Permanent ban from the Platform
Reporting to appropriate authorities as required by law
Other Violations May Result In:
Content removal
Warning or temporary suspension
Account termination (repeated violations)
Withholding of earnings pending investigation
Appeals: You may appeal content removal or account suspension (except for zero-tolerance violations) by contacting admin@inabadway.org within 30 days.
Reporting Violations
If you see content or conduct that violates this Policy, please report it immediately:
In-Platform: Use the "Report" button on any content or profile

We investigate all reports within 24-48 hours. Reporter identity is kept confidential.
Legal Compliance
We comply fully with applicable laws and regulations, including:
Responding to valid legal requests as required by law
Maintaining records as required for compliance
Cooperating with authorities when legally required
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
