How to Volunteer

How to Volunteer

Be the Difference. One Hour, One Act, One Heart at a Time.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of inabadway. Whether you’re lending a hand at an event, offering professional skills, or simply showing up with compassion, your time and energy help us support survivors of human trafficking and sexual assault in real and lasting ways.

No act is too small. Every volunteer helps create a safer, more empowered future for women and children in need.

Ways You Can Help

1. Community Outreach & Events
Help us host awareness campaigns, fundraisers, and educational workshops. Volunteers assist with setup, guest support, and spreading our mission to the community.

2. Survivor Support Services
For those with experience in counseling, advocacy, or trauma-informed care, we offer opportunities to work directly with survivors or assist with coordination of services and safe resources.

3. Administrative & Creative Support
Do you have skills in writing, graphic design, data entry, or organizing? Help us behind the scenes with newsletters, outreach materials, and donor engagement.

4. Street Team & Awareness Champions
Help distribute flyers, post on social media, or partner with local businesses to raise awareness. Your voice can amplify our mission in powerful ways.

We welcome individuals, families, students, professionals, and groups looking to give back. Whether you can commit a few hours a week or just want to help at a one-time event, there’s a place for you here.

All volunteers receive basic training, and those working closely with survivors will complete additional background checks and trauma-informed training to ensure the safety and integrity of our services.
